Export Macros

Qt Extended and Qt Extended Sync Agent's library headers all have _EXPORT macros in them. There are 2 purposes for these macros.

They ensure that Qt-style headers are created.
They ensure that symbols are exported from .so files (GCC 4 and Windows).
