MKSPEC.CFLAGS_RELEASE

This variable is provided for compatibility with qmake. It comes from the QMAKE_CFLAGS_RELEASE variable in qmake.conf. Note that this variable is only used if MKSPEC.CFLAGS_OPTBASE is undefined.
